Code of Ethical Conduct
- This code of conduct is a standard for every executive and staff member to create a clean and healthy organizational climate and establish an ethical management for the company.
- Executives and staff members do not provide or receive money, valuables, treatment, or convenience to or from the parties concerned.
- Executives and staff members do not acquire an unfair profit using their position nor request mediation which hinders a fair task performance by other executive of staff member.
- Executives and staff members do not accept nor receive money, valuables, treatment, or convenience that exceeds 50,000 KRW in value among themselves.
- Executives and staff members do not use the company’s assets for private use, and do not take actions which damage the relations among the personnel.
- Every executive and staff member must sincerely comply with the code of conduct; in the event of violation of the code of conduct, he or she will be held responsible accordingly.
- If an executive or a staff member has been coerced to an action which violates the code of conduct or recognizes such, he or she must report to the Corruption Prevention Secretariat; the committee and the secretariat must guarantee the confidentiality of the informant.
- In the event of a violation of code of conduct, executives and staff members must prevent recurrence through thorough investigation and education.
